Why is my withdrawal taking so long?
The usual reasons:
- ⚠ It is 500,000 FCFA or more. Withdrawals at or above that amount are held for a person to check before they are sent. This is a control we are required to operate, and it is routine — it does not mean anything is wrong with your account. We will tell you it is on hold.
- Your account is under review, for example while verification is being checked.
- Your payout number has not been confirmed with the code we sent it.
- Your Mobile Money provider is slow or down. Once we have sent it, the last step is theirs.
If none of those fits, contact support with the transaction reference.
