How do I add money?
Say “deposit 5000” on WhatsApp, or use Add money in the app.
We send a payment request to your Mobile Money number. You approve it on your own phone, with your own Mobile Money PIN. When the payment confirms, your wallet is credited.
⚠ Your Mobile Money PIN is never entered in the Bizik app or in a Bizik chat. Anyone who asks you for it there is trying to rob you.
