Deals and escrow
What are milestones?
A milestone is a piece of a larger deal, with its own amount, delivery date and inspection window.
Use them when a job has stages. On a 600,000 FCFA website build you might have three milestones of 200,000 FCFA: design, build, launch. The buyer funds and releases each one separately, so the seller is paid as they go and the buyer is never exposed for the full amount.
A deal without milestones is just a deal with one.
