The other person is not responding. What can I do?

Use the reminder. On the deal, tap Remind, or say “remind them” on WhatsApp. We work out what the deal is actually waiting on — accepting it, funding it, delivering, approving — and message the right person about the right thing.

It works in both directions: a seller can chase a buyer to fund or approve, and a buyer can chase a seller to deliver.

You can send one reminder every few hours, so it stays a nudge rather than harassment.

If they still do not respond and money is in escrow, open a dispute.
