How do I give good evidence?

Show what was agreed. The deal description is the starting point. If you agreed something important in another chat, screenshot it.
Show what happened. Photos of what arrived, delivery receipts, tracking, the files you sent.
Be specific. “It is not what I ordered” is weak. “I ordered a 128 GB model, the photo shows a 64 GB model, here is the listing” is strong.
Be honest. ⚠ Fabricating or altering evidence loses you the dispute, can close your account, and can be a criminal offence.
Quality over quantity. Ten relevant items beat two hundred screenshots.
