Disputes
Can I appeal?
You can ask for a review, within the window shown in the ruling, if:
- you were not properly notified or could not file in time;
- you have important evidence you genuinely could not have filed before;
- there is an obvious error in the ruling;
- the mediator had a conflict of interest.
Simply disagreeing with the mediator is not a ground for review. A different, more senior person handles the review if one is granted.
And whatever happens here, you keep every right you have to go to court, to report a crime to the police, or to complain to an authority.
