How do I create an account?

You need a phone number. That is it to begin with.

• On WhatsApp: send a message to the Bizik number. The assistant will ask for your full name and set the account up in the chat.
• In the app or on the web: tap Sign up, enter your phone number and a password, and confirm the code we send you by SMS.

Use your real name, exactly as it appears on your ID. You will need to verify your identity before you can create a deal, send money or withdraw, and verification compares your account name with your document. A nickname now means a rejection later.

An email address is optional. Adding one gives you another way to recover your account.
