Can I use Bizik entirely on WhatsApp?
Almost. You can create deals, fund them, track deliveries, release payment, check your balance, send money, add money, withdraw, verify your identity and open a dispute, all in the chat.
Two things are deliberately app-only, for your protection:
- Unlocking the WhatsApp channel after you have locked it.
- Resetting your chat PIN.
Both exist so that someone who takes over your phone number cannot use WhatsApp alone to get back into your account.
