It says my account is under review

Usually it means your verification is being checked by a person. It does not stop you receiving money, checking your balance, viewing your deals or paying a deal. It does stop you creating a deal, sending money and withdrawing.

You do not need to resubmit. We will message you with the result.

⚠ If your account is restricted and we tell you we cannot explain why, that may be because the law forbids us from explaining. Our staff are not being unhelpful — in some situations telling you would itself be a criminal offence. See the AML / KYC Policy.
