I paid but the deal still says unfunded

Funding is only complete when the money actually arrives.

• Did you approve the prompt on your phone? A payment request that is sent but not approved is not a payment.
• Give it a few minutes. Mobile Money confirmations are not always instant.
• Check your wallet balance — if you funded from your wallet, did it have enough?

If your Mobile Money account was debited and the deal still shows unfunded after 30 minutes, contact support with the Mobile Money transaction reference.
