Verification
How do I verify?
Say “verify my account” on WhatsApp, or go to Settings → Verification in the app. You will need:
- Your ID type — national ID card, passport, driving licence or voter’s card.
- Your ID number.
- A clear photo of the front of the document.
- A photo of the back, unless it has none — a passport, for example.
- A selfie of you holding the document.
